UFC 75 set for London in September

UFC 75 London o2 arena
The UFC will return to the United Kingdom for the third time in five months with UFC 75 set for London, England, on September 8, according to FightNetwork.com.

The tentative venue for the show will be the O2 Arena, which is situated on the Thames River and can hold up to 20,000 screaming fans.

Not surprisingly, The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) season three winner Michael Bisping -- who happens to be a Brit -- is already penciled in for the card.

His opponent was not revealed.

"The Count" -- who was at the SENI '07 Combat Show with other UFC fighters suchs as Josh Koscheck and Rashad Evans -- made the announcement over the weekend.

Fellow European UFC fighter Jess Liaudin is also rumored to be on the UFC 75 fight card. And like Bisping, his opponent has not been named.

Last month, the UFC returned to England for the first time since 2002 with UFC 70: "Nations Collide in Manchester. On Saturday, June 16 UFC 72: "Victory" will be held in Belfast, Ireland.

UFC President Dana White has mentioned that he'd like to fit in at least a half-dozen shows in Europe this year ... so there could be more to come.
