Don't forget to remain glued to the couch following UFC Fight Night 9 tonight.
That's becuase immediately following the show we'll finally get our first glimpse into what is expected to be the most entertaining season of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) to date.
TUF 5 will premiere at 10 p.m. EST on Spike television, featuring former UFC champions BJ Penn and Jens Pulver as coaches and sworn enemies.
