I wanted to mention — under separate cover — that tickets for UFC 68: The Uprising will go on sale this weekend.
As usual, UFC Fight Club members will get the first chance to purchase seats for the show on January 6 beginning at 10 a.m. through UFC.com.
If you're not a member — and I don't know anyone who is — there is another opportunity to buy tickets the following day on January 7 before everything is opened up to the general public on January 8.
All this requires is being a UFC newsletter subscriber, which is free (to sign up now click here). To access this presale users must enter the password that is included in the email.
If you live in the Columbus area, you can also purchase UFC 68 tickets at the Nationwide Arena Ticket Office, at the Blue Jackets Zones at the Chiller Dublin, Chiller Easton and Chiller North beginning on January 8.
Being from New Jersey, I have no idea what that last part means.
Tickets cost between $50 and $400, depending on where you want to sit and the size of your bank account.
And I'm sure, those prices will be marked up considerably if you can't get them through Ticketmaster.com or StubHub.com prior to March 3.
