While training for his bout with Spencer Fisher at UFC 60 on May 27, Leonard Garcia broke his leg. Obviously, he will not be able to make the fight.
That leaves the door open for 22-year-old Matt Wiman -- not KJ Noons -- as the last-minute replacement for Garcia.
Wiman, who will be making his UFC debut, is coming off a decision loss to Nick Agallar in March. Fisher, too, will make his return to the UFC for the first time since losing a split decision to Sam Stout, also in March.
The two lightweights share similar styles, so it could turn out to be a slug fest.
