Video: He shoots and scores ... not! Former Strikeforce Middleweight Champion Luke Rockhold isn't too good at scoring silly soccer penalty shots, which is okay because he's pretty good at beating up grown men inside a cage. What he lacks in skill, Rockhold more than makes up for unique technique and uncanny precision. He probably couldn't slip, fall, shoot and land a laser-guided soccer bomb on Q's nuts ever again even if you paid him. Hope you're watching, Vitor Belfort and taking copious crotch killer notes. Meanwhile, good boot, Daniel Cormier.

If you're not excited to see Vitor Belfort return to the Octagon next week just yet, check out "The Phenom's" bout against UFC pioneer Tank Abbott way back at UFC 13, which was posted on YouTube for free by the Ultimate Fighting Championship. You wanted it? You got it. After initially being rumored yesterday when both Alan Belcher and Vitor Belfort called each other out and tentatively accepted a fight against each other, the UFC made it official for UFC 153 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, later this October. Yoshihiro Akiyama will drop down to welterweight after losing his last three fights in the middleweight division, according to Sponichi. After losing to Vitor Belfort at UFC 133, "Sexyama" apparently considered retirement before thinking better of it and finally deciding to take Dana White's advice and move down to the 170-pound division. Akiyama also said he would like to debut in his new division when the UFC heads to Japan in Feb. 2012. Any ideas on a possible opponent? Who would you like to see him fight in his new weight class?

The virus does not remain in the body after the infection has gone away, but it could take 3 to 6 months to fully recover from it.
