Pic: Joey Gambino cut forehead following loss to Steven Siler at UFC on FX 4: "Maynard vs. Guida" last night (Fri., June 22, 2012) in Atlantic City, New Jersey. "The Raging Warrior" filled in for an injured Jimy Hettes in what was his Octagon debut. He was submitted via guillotine shortly after Silver opened that nasty wound on his face.
