Don't be scared, Georgie. (GIF) Nick Diaz calls out Georges St. Pierre in his post-fight interview after dominating B.J. Penn at UFC 137 last night (Oct. 29, 2011) in Las Vegas, Nevada. It worked, too. UFC President Dana White announced at the post-fight press conference that these two will fight over the Super Bowl weekend early next year because St. Pierre wants to give Diaz the worst beating of his life, mainly because of what you see above. Are you ready to accept Nick Diaz are your (potential) welterweight champion?
Tyson Griffin, who weighed in at 149-pounds for his featherweight fight against Bart Palaszewski, was unable to cut the additional three pounds and has forfeited 25-percent of his purse. Palaszewski has agreed to a 148-pound catchweight bout. Griffin commented on his Twitter: "I don't blame anyone but myself for missing weight today but it has nothing to do with how good the fight with Bart will be. Dont blink!!!" Griffin vs. Palaszewski will take place on the Spike TV broadcasted portion of the preliminary card of UFC 137 tomorrow night (Oct. 29, 2011) in Las Vegas, Nevada. Photo: CombatLifestyle.com

With any luck, the promotion will make it to next Saturday night without a hitch. For the complete updated UFC 137 fight card and line-up click here.
UFC President Dana White may be even more of an evil genius than you thought. Removing Nick Diaz from the main event of UFC 137 only to place him in the co-main event in a still high profile fight against B.J. Penn was a roll of the dice, no question. But you can't argue they came up snake eyes. Click here to find out the how and why.

Now that Nick Diaz has been removed from the main event of UFC 137, paving the way for Carlos Condit and falling out of favor with Dana White in the process, the road may now be clear for a superfight between Georges St. Pierre and Anderson Silva sooner than we think. MMA Mania founder and commander Thomas Myers tells you why right here.

Gracie informed the President that he was embarrassed at Nick Diaz's failure to show up and agreed with the decision to remove him from his scheduled main event bout against Georges St. Pierre. Coalition Fight Music (CFM) has reportedly come to an agreement with the Cesar Gracie team to provide custom walkout music for fighters from the gym, starting with Nick Diaz for his upcoming title shot against Welterweight Champion Georges St. Pierre at UFC 137 on Oct. 29 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Other notable fighters out of the Gracie camp are Jake Shields, Gilbert Melendez and Nate Diaz. Will this quickly become a growing trend in MMA sponsorship is it this just a flash in the pan? Time will tell. Props: MMA Weekly
