Yoshihiro Akiyama will drop down to welterweight after losing his last three fights in the middleweight division, according to Sponichi. After losing to Vitor Belfort at UFC 133, "Sexyama" apparently considered retirement before thinking better of it and finally deciding to take Dana White's advice and move down to the 170-pound division.
