Josh Barnett officially withdrew his license application with the California State Athletic Commission (CSAC) and because of that, the CSAC cannot suspend him, according to ESPN's Josh Gross. Georgia, Texas and Tennessee are reportedly the likeliest locations for him to fight in the U.S. although the rumor is that the April 9 Strikeforce card that "The Baby Faced Assassin" is fighting Brett Rogers on, will take place in Japan.
