As you can see, the suddenly not-so pudgy pugilist had a wake up call from family and friends and is back on the right track in training, having lost a considerable amount of weight to get all the way down to 213-pounds (Pic). Anyone think Ken Shamrock is in trouble when (and if) they ever get to slugging it out later this year? And should Quinton Jackson be worried now that Toney can almost make 205-pounds?
