Popular UFC lightweight Kurt "Batman" Pellegrino announced this morning that he is taking a hiatus from active MMA competition to pursue teaching at his academy in NJ and grappling competitions, while enjoying family life as well. Pellegrino informed UFC match-maker Joe Silva that he would not be seeking to renew his contract.
