Keepin on Keepin on!!! (via charliespaniard) Charlie Brenneman's training video. On his blog he says: "Training is going great. Like I had said a few times before, I switched a few things up a bit to get some new looks. I’m working more muay thai, and also getting more work in w/ small gloves (controlled sparring) to get a more real look. Sparring constantly w/ 16 oz gloves and fighting in 4 oz gloves is quite a different feel. Here are a few clips of training over the last week or so. Thanks to everyone involved!"
