Edimilson Souza broke his hand -- in half -- but that didn't stop him from winning his UFC debut earlier this month in Brazil, taking a split-decision victory over Felipe Arantes at the UFC Fight Night 28 event on Sept. 4 in Belo Horizonte (results). What does "Kevin" have planned for an encore? We won't know for quite some time, as the Brazilian was forced to undergo corrective surgery to repair his shattered mitt. Follow his recovery updates through his official Twitter account right here.

Breaking News! Anthony Pettis Out Seven Weeks With Knee Sprain

Pettis

UFC President Dana White teased "breaking news" would be revealed tonight on ESPNs "SportsCenter." The announcement? New UFC Lightweight Champion Anthony Pettis, who underwent a recent MRI for possible ligament damage in his knee, only suffered a minor sprain. One that seemingly did not hamper him during his championship-winning performance over Ben Henderson this past weekend at UFC 164 (watch video highlights here), and one that will likely be fully healed when he makes his first title defense against T.J. Grant in the near future (more details here). SuperBowl weekend 2014, perhaps?

Look familiar? Yep, that's none other than UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey -- in her birthday suit -- captured in ink by a "Rowdy" MMA fan (via MMA News). Aside from a few alterations, like the UFC gloves, it's a mirror image of her ESPN "Body Issue" cover from 2012. To see how the tattoo measures up to the original photo, click here. And for a better topless pic of the former Olympian, check out her new Maxim photo gallery here. Your move, Carey Fusco.
