Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) President Dana White is just one of many folks in the mixed martial arts (MMA) community willing to stump for Donald Trump, recently telling the mungy moppets over at TMZ he's set to speak at the Republican National Convention next week in Cleveland, Ohio.
"It will be about my relationship with Trump and the Trump that I know," White said.
Not surprisingly, White's history of awful hate speech -- or "keeping it real," depending on your point of view -- is being called into question by Internet hall monitors. That includes Betsy Woodruff, who took exception to his "nuts on your mom's face" tweet from several years back.
Or the one about gargling with Fedor Emelianenko's peanut pouch.
I'm sure White turned over a new leaf (not that he had much choice) and will be on his best behavior now that he's under contract with new ownership. As for Trump, the real estate mogul-turned-Republican presidential nominee helped UFC get its big break over a decade ago inside Trump Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
"You will never hear me say a negative thing about Donald Trump," White said last December.
Dana's tweets, Hillary's Emails... god bless the world of digital communication.
