Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) strawweight Paige VanZant was back on ABC this morning (Weds., April 27, 2016) -- but she wasn't dancing -- alongside reigning women's bantamweight champion Miesha Tate.
"12 Gauge" and "Cupcake" dropped by Good Morning America (GMA) to show the hosts how to TRANE UFC because lunges are exclusive to mixed martial arts (MMA). Okay not really, but this is a family show and nobody wants to see any pseudo-violence.
Tate will defend her division title against Amanda Nunes in the co-main event of the UFC 200 pay-per-view (PPV), which takes place on Sat., July 9, 2016 inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. VanZant, meanwhile, will not be booked for a fight until she finishes up her "Dancing" duties on Monday nights.
Also on GMA this morning were light heavyweight rivals Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier (video), who will collide in the UFC 200 headliner this summer. For more on that fight and the rest of the UFC 200 line up click here.
