Catch as catch can.
Heavyweight journeyman Eric Prindle may be best known for his egregious nut shots during his Bellator MMA stint, but his most recent victory -- a submission win over fellow Bellator vet Maurice Jackson at Midwest Championship Fighting 11 -- could very well be in the running for submission of the year.
GoFightLive.tv recently shared another iteration of their top five recent finishes (see the last video here), featuring Prindle's standing hammerlock as the No. 1 overall finish.
Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Heavyweight and catch wrestling aficionado Josh Barnett shared his affinity for the finish on Twitter:
Standing Hammerlock. LOL you can't shake the hand you just broke Eric! @EricPrindleMMA #CatchWrestling https://t.co/0DUqiVSI8m

Certainly not something you see everyday.
Prindle wasn't the only noteworthy fighter to have recently competed on GFL, as former World Series of Fighting (WSOF) Featherweight Champion Rick Glenn finished WEC veteran Chris Manuel at Pure FC 3.
