John Lineker and John Dodson put on a show for fight fans last night (Sat., Oct. 1, 2016) in the main event of UFC Fight Night 96 in Portland, Oregon, as the two talented Bantamweights duked it out for 25 minutes which saw "Hands of Stone" edge out "The Magician" via split decision.
One person that wasn't that impressed -- at least with Dodson's performance -- was Nick Diaz, who took to Twitter to express his displeasure at John's constant backpedaling in the only way he knows how.
@nickdiaz209 I don't blame you for running but why should you win don't be scared Homi stop running

Of course, Diaz isn't a fan of backpedaling or "running," as he was on the wrong end of a split-decision loss to Carlos Condit -- Dodson's teammate -- a few years back, failing to capture the interim Welterweight title in the process. Nick wasn't too thrilled with that outcome, as he felt Condit spent the majority of the fight going backward.
This time around, though, Nick agrees with the Octagon-side judges to award "Hands of Stone" the win.
