Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is back with its "Embedded" video blog series, picking up where it left off with UFC 189, the upcoming pay-per-view (PPV) event inside MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Sat., July 11, 2015.
But a lot has changed since the UFC 189 World Tour.
Namely the headlining act, thanks to an injury to reigning featherweight champion Jose Aldo, who was forced to step aside and make way for a healthy Chad Mendes. "Money" faces Irish sensation Conor McGregor for the interim 145-pound strap.
"Guy is trying to hold in an Irish turd at all time," according to Team Alpha Male captain and Mendes' training partner Urijah Faber. "All flexed up."
Also in the "Embedded" video blog, the promotion takes you behind-the-scenes of the recent UFC-Reebok "Fight Kit" unveiling in New York City, while cameras tail McGregor to "Sin City" to watch him train.
Fun.
