UFC-level prospect Lowen Tynanes returns May 22 at ONE FC: Warrior's Quest Card of the Year Candidate

May 22, ONE Championship: Warrior's Quest in Kallang, Singapore is a 2015 Card of the Year Candidate & features some of the best UFC-level talent on ONE's roster...and in the entire world for that matter.

Lowen Tynanes, from Hawaii USA, is one of those fast rising Stars for ONE Championship.

A Hawaiian State Wrestling Champ, 24 year old Lowen Tynanes is already on many sites' top prospect lists because he is such a well rounded beast Lightweight with a strong American wrestling base. Lowen has great size, strength, speed, explosive power, and very well rounded skillset. Tynanes is the total package for 155 lbs.

At the age of 18, Tynanes decided to follow in the footsteps of his father (Myles Tynanes) and take up MMA. In Lowen's pro debut, and possibly the first ever father-son headlined MMA card, Tynanes defeated his opponent & then got to watch his father TKO Henry Miller in the main event. That must have been a special feeling for Lowen because his father is the entire reason he became interested in MMA.

"I started doing MMA at 18 years old. The reason why I started was from watching my father fight through the years. He is my idol and my inspiration. I dedicate it all to him."

After going 4-0 in amateur MMA, Tynanes still stands undefeated as a pro at 6-0, including winning a KOTC belt (where he finally got out of his contract dispute) & is currently 2-0 on the big stage in ONE Championship, and has bigtime victories over Eduard Folayang & Vuyisile Colossa.

The proud Hawaiian trains in his home state at the 808 Elite Team with UFC Fighters Russell Doane & Louis Smolka (who recently had an awesome side-kick-to-the-face KO). Many are calling for the UFC to sign Tynanes asap & you could very well be looking at a future UFC Contender.

An 80% finisher, Tynanes has finished his last 5 fights (including 4 straight in the 1st round!) and has only been to decision once as a pro. Tynanes is a very exciting up-&-coming fighter.

Take a look at his awesome new 1:14 ONE highlight video and see for yourself...

Lowen's next fight is at ONE Championship: Warrior's Quest on May 22 and is absolutely must see!

Tynanes will be facing one of the toughest tests to date of his young career at Warrior's Quest when he takes on Kuat Khamitov (18-3), a tough Kazakhstani lightweight from Phuket Top Team. The 27-year-old Khamitov has 13 finishes in 18 career wins and is currently riding a 6 fight winning streak, including going a perfect 3-0 in 2014 with all three wins coming via stoppage in the very first round.

ONE should be commended for not coddling their best prospects and putting them in tough fights like this.

ONE Championship: Warrior's Quest on May 22 will be a card to be remembered. It will feature many of ONE's UFC-level fighters like Tynanes, Marat Gafurov, Timofey Nastyukhin, DSA (Amnuaysirichoke) among others, in very tough fights, and will be headlined by the greatest lighter weight submission artist in MMA history Shinya Aoki vs. Koji Ando (a fight many said ONE was "afraid" to book because of the well rounded skillset & legit challenge Ando presents) in one of the year's best, most anticipated MMA events! TUNE IN May 22 and witness the future of MMA.

As always, THANKS for reading Maniacs! Enjoy the fights!
