Rafael Dos Anjos won UFC Title for EVOLVE MMA, main partner-gym of ONE Championship!

SUP Maniacs!

This is the EXCLUSIVE Mania hardcore version of this fanpost. If you want the PG rated version, I posted that version over at MMA Fighting.

This fanpost might take awhile to load everything, but it's worth it. I put A LOT of cool stuff in it!

Now if you're a ufc-only fanboy get ready to be upset, b/c that title has more truth to it than you're gonna like, and it's AWESOME for my favorite MMA promotion ONE Championship!

Rafael Dos Anjos is EvolveMMA, and Evolve is ONE FC main partner gym. FACT

...and RDA just ANNIHILATED UFC's Top5 P4P Ranked Superstar Anthony Pettis and Rafael Dos Anjos became Undisputed UFC LW Champion and Top10 P4P!!! My goodness I'M LUVIN IT!!!

It is now cemented in history that ONE FC partner gym EvolveMMA was able to produce a UFC Champion.

"At his lowest point Rafael had his jaw broken in three places by Clay Guida and everyone thought his career was done but he picked himself back up, moved to Singapore with his family and trained like a beast under our world champions at EvolveMMA."

After recovering from that broken jaw, Dos Anjos went on a run which would see him win 10 of his next 12 fights culminating in this weekend’s historic win over Pettis at UFC 185 when the Brazilian put in the best performance of his career in the biggest fight of his life.

It means that EvolveMMA is now the only camp in Asia to ever produce a UFC Champion.

.

This is me right now...

EvolveMMA is proven as one of the absolute best camps in the world with their unbelievably stacked mix of Champion instructors that include the best REAL Muay Thai Champions from Lumpinee and Rajadamnern, BJJ Champions like Teco Shinzato, Wrestling Champions like Heath Sims, etc.

That's why EvolveMMA was able to turn RDA into a beast by completely improving his striking, b/c Evolve has access to MULTIPLE instructors like THIS...

From EvolveMMA's website:

Evolve Mixed Martial Arts® is Asia’s top martial arts organization. It has the most number of authentic World Champions available anywhere in the world. Our award-winning instructors are not only proven competitors at the highest levels in the world, but they have also earned instructor certifications at the highest levels from the foremost authorities. Evolve MMA consistently ranks among the best academies in the world for martial arts.

After RDA won the Title all we heard was ufc/fanboys/media crying about Pettis losing. WAAAAAH! Pettis lost! It's actually been hilarious to me, b/c the journey RDA's on is truly one of the best EVER in MMA! ...and UFC's too stupid to make $ off it just b/c he's a hardnosed fighter instead of a prettyboy and he happens to be EvolveMMA/ONEFC affiliated? smh

I seen the BloodyVag morons trying to sweep it under the rug too and give Cordiero all the credit despite RDA shouting EvolveMMA to the heavens, wearing EvolveMMA victory shirts (in every one of his fights), constantly giving EvolveMMA credit live and on social media with tweets that get RT'd & FAV'd over +50x, the goshdamn works!!! Heck, RDA's even got Cordiero himself wearing an EvolveMMA shirt too! LOL

Chatri Sityodtong is the founder of EvolveMMA and quite intriguing story himself

Another quote from the article quoted up above:

"Six years ago, Rafael joined Evolve MMA with nothing but empty pockets, big dreams and a warrior spirit. He was born into extreme poverty in Brazil and now he is a self-made, global success," Chatri said.

Since 2009, RDA has trained Muay Thai under the tutelage of the team at EvolveMMA under Kru Chatri Sityodtong. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rafael_dos_Anjos

EvolveMMA even has RDA himself being an instructor at Team Evolve!

Check out this awesome vid showcasing fantastic technique taught by RDA here...

Yet every media outlet I've seen are blatantly ignoring EvolveMMA and trying to give all the credit to Cordiero and KingsMMA, despite RDA himself CONSTANTLY crediting EvolveMMA over and over again. So I ask y'all, why do you think that is hmmmm? Answer: ONE FC partner gym. The badass promotion they don't want you to know about.

That's why BloodyVag (censored ufc-centric shill shite...errr "site" lol) had all kinds of articles and comments talking about Cordiero and RDA, even giving Cordiero his own article! Not one single mention of EvolveMMA either, in neither the articles nor comments. F*ck I'm pissed I wasn't paying attention when Ben Saunders shouted out BloodyVag after his fight at UFC FOX card in AZ that we went to for the ManiaTrip 2014. I would've boo'd the f*ck outta him if I was paying attention and yelled "MANIA RULES!" ...and I forget which Maniac let me know Saunders shouted them out postfight b/c I was drinking, but I was like "F*CK!!! Missed opportunity!" LMAO

Anyways, now let's give you a lil'peak at the EvolveMMA Fight Team and see who else they're turning into beasts like RDA...

Shinya Aoki featured May 22 on the epic ONE Championship: Warrior's Quest event STACKED with some of ONE FC's best talents (Tynanes, Nastyukhin, Gafurov, etc.) Seriously, take a look at that May 22 epic ONE card and tell me otherwise.

ONE Champion Shinya Aoki is one of the World's All Time Great submission artists.

Check out this awesome highlight vid of some of Aoki's greatest victories. It includes clips of his striking training at EvolveMMA and is worth a watch...

Now that Aoki's been training with all the beasts at EvolveMMA he's going to be even MORE formidable than he already was. Spare me ur hater drivel plz b/c Aoki's 1-1 w/Eddie Alvarez, an elite American wrestler-based fighter, and has fought plenty of high level fighters, including his next opponent on May 22, Koji Ando, whom I saw several ppl calling out ONE on different media outlets saying they were "afraid" to book that matchup, and ONE just booked it for May 22 right in their faces! HA!

.

Ben Askren. That's right fanboys, Top P4P Fighter and Best Damn WW in the World is Team EvolveMMA.

Ben Askren's contract with ONE Championship also included a deal with EvolveMMA where he'd finish the last couple weeks of his training camps for every ONE fight at EvolveMMA as well as teach wrestling while he's there. So not only is he being trained in the striking arts by REAL Muay Thai Champions, Askren is also teaching his phenomenal wrestling to all the fighters at EvolveMMA, some of whom are fighting on Askren's next headlined event April 24.

Ben "Funky" Askren defends his ONE Title vs. 70 fight veteran, Judo blackbelt, BJJ blackbelt, and on 7 fight winning streak Luis "Sapo" Santos at ONE Championship: Valor of Champions on April 24.

Several excellent EvolveMMA fighters are on that exciting ONE event!

Mark Streigl in the co-main is EvolveMMA and one of the world's Top Filipino fighters. Streigl is 26 years old and has an excellent wrestling background, 9 first round finishes, and victories over some good fighters (Ting, Kwon, Sarmiento, etc.)

Amir Khan is another hot prospect from EvolveMMA. 4-0 as an amateur and 2-1 ONE FC at only 20 years old, he is rated as one of Singapore's best rising prospects.

Mania's own James Goyder wrote excellent articles on both Mark Streigl and Amir Khan that are worth a read.

Other Notable Team Evolve MMA Fighters: Tarec Saffiedine, Herbert Burns, Leandro Issa, Eddie Ng, Kirstie Gannaway, etc.

See ENTIRE Team here.

Many UFC notables have been to EvolveMMA too! Dan Henderson, Rich Franklin, Renzo Gracie, and Coach Greg Jackson!

I also read a rumor Top UFC fighter Frankie Edgar will finish his next training camp with EvolveMMA for his upcoming UFC Manila fight on May 16 vs. Urijah Faber, another UFC fighter that's trained at EvolveMMA before.
