Bad news for mixed martial arts (MMA) fans hoping to surprise their loved ones with Reebok's "Anderson Aldo" shirt this holiday season.
They are no longer being manufactured.
Probably because there is no fighter under the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) banner with that name, but that didn't stop one of the printing facilities from cranking out a few batches of the Brazilian mash-up (see a pic here).
"Unfortunately, an error was made at one of our printing facilities," a Reebok representative told MMA Fighting. "We are currently working to rectify the issue."
Reebok is just a few months into its six-year deal with the world's leading combat sports promotion and hasn't been able to get much support from the fans or fighters. It also doesn't help that every few weeks, we're talking about yet another "error" from the sneaker and apparel giant (like this one).
