Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) will end its 2015 fight campaign in just over a month, and it will do so without Jon Jones and Ronda Rousey as champions in their respective divisions. Had you said that back in January, you probably would have been laughed out of the building.
But hey, shit happens.
Jones was stripped of his title and Rousey... well, hers was taken by force in the UFC 193 pay-per-view (PPV) main event last Saturday night (Nov. 14, 2015) in Australia (video), which means Holly Holm -- who trains alongside "Bones" -- is now queen of the 135-pound castle.
And how about that Robert Whittaker?

UFC welterweight Thiago Alves was recently injured and forced to withdraw from his upcoming fight against Ben Henderson. As a result, the brains behind the rankings promoted the "Pitbull" one spot while punishing short-notice hero Neil Magny.
Oh, and Myles Jury moved up a spot in the lightweight division, even though he's now a featherweight.
You can expect these standings to change -- especially in the welterweight division -- when the UFC Fight Night 78 event goes down this Saturday night (Nov. 21, 2015) on FOX Sports 1 in Monterrey, Mexico. To check out the finalized "Magny vs. Gastelum" fight card and line up click here.
