Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) made some changes to its upcoming UFC Fight Night 80 mixed martial arts (MMA) event, which takes place on Thurs., Dec. 10, 2015, on UFC Fight Pass from inside Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Top-ranked strawweight Paige VanZant, who was originally expected to face off against Joanne Calderwood, will now throw hands with The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 20 finalist Rose Namajunas, after "Jo Jo" was forced from the card for undisclosed reasons.

VanZant (6-1) has looked unstoppable since making her Octagon debut in late 2014, racking up three straight wins with two finishes. Namajunas (3-2), meanwhile, shook off last December's submission loss to Carla Esparza by choking out Angela Hill at UFC 192.
This is going to be one helluva fight.
UFC Fight Night 80 will also feature a lightweight showdown between longtime veteran Jim Miller and gritty TUF 15 champion Mike Chiesa. Elsewhere on the card, the "Super" Sage Northcutt hype train rolls on at the expense of Cody Pfister.
