Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) women's bantamweight titleholder Ronda Rousey continues to break new ground with mainstream audiences. Not long after decorating the streets of Venice Beach, the Olympian posed for Self Magazine while sharing a few tricks of the championship trade.

Her secret? Hot wings!
"I eat about 50 hot wings. I love hot wings," Rousey told Chelsea Peretti. "After my last fight, one of the UFC owners flew in a private chef from São Paulo to Rio de Janeiro so that he could make me hot wings, because there are no hot wings in Rio! That’s how important they are to me."
Wings -- even the shitty ones -- can make you do crazy things (proof).

Hard to argue this point.
"Rowdy" will put her bantamweight title on the line against unbeaten striking specialist Holly Holm at the upcoming UFC 193 pay-per-view (PPV) event, which takes place on Sat., Nov. 14, 2015, inside Etihad Stadium in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
