Watch epic UFC Fight Night 52 video preview for Japan

Be sure to check out part two below.

You know the old expression: When in Rome ...

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is returning to the Saitama Super Arena on Sept. 20, 2014, for the UFC Fight Night 52: "Hunt vs. Nelson" mixed martial arts (MMA) event, which is expected to air on the promotion's digital Fight Pass network (watch the announcement presser here).

And when you're promoting combat sports in "The Land of the Rising Sun," you can't just cobble together 90 seconds of knockout footage with UFC color commentator Joe Rogan screaming "OOOOOHHHHH!" and "HE HURT 'EM!" on a continuous loop.

A country that gave us PRIDE FC ain't got time for dat.

The result is an epic 30-minute video preview focusing on the fight card's homegrown talent, including Takanori Gomi, Norifumi Yamamoto, and the bizarre-but-lovable female fighting sensation, Rin Nakai (see the latest fight card and rumors here).

While the videos are in Japanese, the message is still clear: Shit is about to get real in Japan.

Watch out, Miesha!
