I'm glad to see coming off testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) hasn't hindered his rage.
Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) middleweight number one contender Vitor Belfort was recently granted a license to compete in mixed martial arts (MMA), after failing a surprise drug test back in February. As a result, "The Phenom" will now fight Chris Weidman for the 185-pound title in the main event of the upcoming UFC 181: "Weidman vs. Belfort" pay-per-view (PPV) event on Dec. 6, 2014, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
And he appears to be uh ... really excited about it.
Calm down, bro. The fight isn't until December.
Belfort -- currently a 4-to-1 underdog -- is coming off three straight wins by way of devastating knockout, but will have to forgo the special sauce later this year, thanks to a recent ban on TRT by Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC). Nevertheless, "The Phenom" looks really pumped for his upcoming title fight.
Literally.
