Video: Vitor Belfort reacts to NSAC hearing, UFC 181 title fight
During today's (Weds., July 23, 2014) hearing with Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC), Vitor Belfort was granted a conditional license to fight, which will allow "The Phenom" to challenge Chris Weidman for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) middleweight title at UFC 181 on Dec. 6, 2014 in Las Vegas, Nevada. This, after Belfort failed a drug test back in February due to staggering levels of testosterone. Of course, his road to the championship fight against "All American" won't be a clear one, as he still has to pass every single blood and urine test that NSAC will administer from here until December. As an added stipulation, Vitor is not allowed to fight anywhere else in the world until he completes his first fight in "Sin City." Indeed, Belfort is confident that he won't hit any speed bumps, as evidenced by this message to his fans.
