Step back. STEP BACK!

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) held an open workout in Dublin, Ireland, earlier today (Wed., July 16, 2014) to promote UFC Fight Night 46: "McGregor vs. Brandao," which goes down this upcoming weekend (Sat., July 19, 2014) from 02 World Arena.

And things got a little testy toward the end.

Indeed, hometown mixed martial arts (MMA) hero, Conor McGregor, tried to steal Diego Brandao's soul days ahead of their main event meeting, but the Brazilian wasn't having any of it.

At all.

They were even separated by UFC officials when both combatants refused to break their stares.

Not to be outdone (although they were), the Welterweight wonders who will co-headline the Fight Pass-only card, Gunnar Nelson and Zak Cummings, were also on the scene, as well as Ian McCall and Brad Pickett ahead of their Flyweight tussle.

Both scrappers engaged in a fun staredown days before their 125-pound war.
