Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has been tinkering with its official fighter rankings now that UFC Fight Night 40 is in the books. And with a couple of high-profile wins at the FOX Sports 1 event, which took place on May 10, 2014 in Cincinnati, Ohio, we have a new list of movers and shakers.
Oh, hello Matt Brown.
"The Immortal" was able to climb a spot in the welterweight rankings -- as well as send Erick Silva down a peg -- by knocking around "Indio" last weekend in "Queen City" (watch it). In addition, Costas Philippou is back in the top 10 after blowing away Lorenz Larkin (highlights).
That's not all.

And you can expect these numbers to change later this month after UFC 173, which features a couple of significant bouts in several prominent divisions, including Renan Barao vs. T.J. Dillashaw (bantamweight) and Dan Henderson vs. Daniel Cormier (light heavyweight).
