Music video: Watch Urijah Faber and pop star Lauren Mayhew fall in love, beat up thugs in an alley

UFC bantamweight Urijah Faber is a true hero, defending pop star Lauren Mayhew in her latest music video for, "What Is Love."

"What Is Love?"

It's the name of pop star Lauren Mayhew's next music video, which happens to star Urijah Faber and his Team Alpha Male teammate, Andre Fili.

Watch Faber share a delicate moment with Mayhew moments before he beats the crap out of two dudes in an alley, who are presumably trying to steal their car. Also featured in the video are mixed martial arts (MMA) notables Jay Hieron and Justin Buchholz.

"The California Kid" has already been featured in a music video before, enjoying a small part in Pharrell's "24 Hours of Happy" marathon clip.

On the other side of things, Faber's next Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) match has yet to be announced. He's coming off a controversial first-round technical knockout loss against Renan Barao at UFC 169, which took place in Newark, N.J., back on Feb. 1, 2014.

Don't be shocked, however, to see him settle his score with Dominick Cruz once and for all if "The Dominator" can somehow get -- and remain -- 100 percent healthy.

In the meantime, enjoy ...
