MMAmania presents 'Darce Side Radio' podcast with Pat Curran and GLORY middleweight Wayne Barrett

Bellator MMA

Each week, show host Michael Stets shares his mixed martial arts (MMA) opinions on the latest hot topics, event previews (and reviews), key storylines and, of course, interviews many of the best fighters and personalities in the sport today. On this week's show, Stets will be joined by Pat Curran and GLORY middleweight Wayne Barrett.

"Look at the flowers."

Walking Dead followers will know what that quote means and are probably still wincing from Sunday's extremely depressing and controversial episode.

Episode 27 of "Darce Side Radio" promises to be a bit easier to digest and will be free from any shocking climax. This week's offering features a conversation with new Bellator featherweight champion Pat Curran on how he won back the title from Daniel Straus, one he lost back in November, as well as another visit from GLORY middleweight Wayne Barrett, who will be competing in the GLORY middleweight title tournament that is set to take place later this year.

Stets will also tell you what he thinks about the current status of the UFC's welterweight division and how Tyron Woodley does not deserve a title shot after his win over an injured Carlos Condit.

The audio player is embedded below (just click play). All the segments and interviews are marked for the lazy who wish to jump ahead. Here is what you can expect to hear on Episode 27 of "Darce Side Radio."

Pat Curran: The new Bellator featherweight champion talks about how he won back his belt from Daniel Straus, the winning rear naked choke he locked up with 16 seconds left in the fight, his battle with depression and anxiety and how he thinks it's a fact that he will beat the sh*t out of Patricio Freire when they face off next.

Wayne Barrett: The GLORY middleweight stops by to discuss the middleweight division in GLORY, preparing for the 8-man GLORY middleweight title tournament that will take place later this year, having confidence against other fighters who have more experience and succeeding as an American in kickboxing.
