Win, lose, or draw, the mixed martial artist former known as Jon Koppenhaver is doing time.
That's because Clark County District Judge Valerie Adair slapped "War Machine" with an existing prison sentence that was suspended in February 2012, after the former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and Bellator fighter skipped town in an attempt to evade authorities last August.
Las Vegas Sun brought word of the update on Wednesday.
That parole violation guarantees Koppenhaver up to four years in the slammer, if by some chance he's able to beat the felony rap in his current case, which gets back underway on Feb. 17, 2015. Assuming, of course, he makes it that long after he "bitched out" on his most recent suicide attempt.
War Machine -- who plead not guilty -- is facing 34 felonies after allegedly smashing his ex-girlfriend Christy Mack, along with a second victim Cory Thomas, who like the popular adult film star, suffered significant injuries in the attack (full report here).
Find out what Koppenhaver had to laugh say about his role in the attack, as well as all the finer details heading into next year's trial, here and here.
