It may be a moot point now considering Junior dos Santos def. Stipe Miocic via unanimous decision at UFC on Fox 13 is official and won't be overturned, but the bout was close enough, and the scoring of said close bout wacky enough, to warrant a look at the judges scorecards.
Even if it's just in the interest of keeping 'em honest, right?
So here you go:
Marcos Rosales and Glenn Trowbridge both felt Miocic won only one of the five rounds (the second) while Derek Clearly awarded the Croatian sensation two of five (the second and fifth). The entire fight was undoubtedly close and you could argue for any scoring that reflects as much.
But four-to-one?
I'll let you take it from here, Maniacs. Do you agree or disagree?
