He should have known better!
The most decorated Olympian in history, Michael Phelps, was suspended for six months by USA Swimming on Monday and removed from the U.S. team ahead of the 2015 world championships for getting slapped with not one, but two charges of driving under the influence (DUI).
Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) welterweight and part-time middleweight Nick Diaz is disappointed.
I'm so disappointed in Michael Phelps

Sound familiar? It should.
The embattled UFC 183 headliner can relate, and it has nothing to do with Phelps marijuana bust back in 2009.
Diaz was also charged with a pair of DUIs in the vicinity of his hometown of Stockton, Calif., (more on that here) but unlike the Olympian, was not suspended and is not expected to miss his upcoming Anderson Silva fight, scheduled for Jan. 31, 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
He's just really, really bummed.
