Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returns to Macau, China, with The Ultimate Fighter (TUF): "China" Finale, which takes place at Cotai Arena at The Venetian on March 1, 2014.
The international card just got a bit deeper with the announcement that Heavyweight standouts Matt Mitrione and Shawn Jordan will clash. Both fighters are considered top athletes as they both had successful collegiate football careers before making the transition into mixed martial arts (MMA).
The announcement was made by Mark Fischer of UFC this weekend:
This is one of the better match ups as both are known for throwing heavy leather. Jordan will likely have the advantage in power, while "Meathead" will rely on his footwork and movement to stay out of range.
In other words, this scrap should end in a knockout ... early. Hopefully, it's spectacular enough to earn the "Knockout of the Night" honors.
TUF: "China" Finale is headlined by a Welterweight bout between John Hathaway and Dong Hyun.
