Video: Gracie breakdown of Ronda Rousey and Jim Miller armbar submission wins at UFC 168

Ronda Rousey scored "Submission of the Night" while Jim Miller turned the tables on a Brazilian Jiu-jitsu black belt. See how it all came to be courtesy of the Gracie brothers in their latest "breakdown" video.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) was back in action last weekend (Dec. 28, 2013) for its year-end UFC 168: "Weidman vs. Silva 2" pay-per-view (PPV) event, which emanated from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

See full results and recaps here.

During the show, particularly the co-headliner between Ronda Rousey and Miesha Tate, there was a fantastic display of grappling, which ultimately ended in (another) submission win for "Rowdy" (see it here). But not before the Olympic judoka was tested by "Cupcake."

And let's not forget Jim Miller's slick armbar victory over Fabricio Camoes.

Here to break it all down for us are Ryron and Rener Gracie in their "Gracie Breakdown" video covering the ins and outs of last weekend's big bonanza. Not only are the aforementioned submissions (and submission attempts) recreated, the boys also talk about how to defend them.

Check it out and let's get some feedback from our mat wizards in the comments section below.
