Last week, four men found out the hard way just what happens when you try to invade the home of a mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter (read details here).
Lightweight Joseph Torres defended himself -- and his family -- in his own home in Dona Ana County, N.M., from men who attempted to invade his house.
One of the intruders, 25-year old Sal Garces, died after being beaten and stabbed, while another, Nathan Avalos, suffered "severe" facial injuries and was transported to a local hospital. The two other assailants were later arrested after fleeing the scene.
No word yet on if Torres -- 1-5 as an MMA fighter -- was severely hurt during the attack and/or if he will be charged by police.
