Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is bringing a monster light heavyweight headliner to its upcoming UFC Fight Night 32 event, which takes place on FOX Sports 1 from Goiania Arena in Goiania, Brazil, on Nov. 9, 2013.
The longtime mixed martial arts (MMA) veterans, who first did the deed back at PRIDE 32 nearly seven years ago, were on hand at last Wednesday night's (Sept. 4, 2013) UFC Fight Night 28 event in Belo Horizonte to hype their 205-pound rematch later this year.
A lot has changed since then.
Belfort is on his way up the divisional rankings while Henderson is on his way down. "The Phenom" has won back-to-back fights in spectacular fashion. "Hendo," by comparison, has dropped a pair of lackluster unanimous decisions. A win or loss here will go a long way in determining who stays relevant in the division title race.
One that also includes a possible run at middleweight.
