UFC 165 Q&A session with Chris Weidman video replay

Check out Chris Weidman's UFC Fight Club Q&A session before the UFC 165 weigh ins at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Canada.

Tonight (Sept. 21, 2013) the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returns to Toronto, Canada for UFC 165 live from the Air Canada Centre. Headlined by Jon Jones hoping to defend his UFC Light Heavyweight belt for a record sixth time against Alexander Gustafsson, it's the start of the UFC's push for an incredible end of year streak of pay-per-view cards.

Before yesterday's (Sept. 20, 2013) weigh ins, UFC Middleweight champion Chris Weidman conducted a question and answer session for UFC Fight Club members. These sessions are an organized opportunity for fans to speak with UFC fighters and get their questions answered.

There was a pretty awesome moment when Weidman invited a young UFC fan, who was dressed as Georges St. Pierre, onto the stage to do a little bit of shadowboxing. Being totally honest, the kid was pretty impressive.

Topics discussed include:

  • His preparations for his first bout with Anderson Silva and what he's doing differently in camp for his end of year bout at UFC 168.
  • What advice he would give Alexander Gustafsson for his upcoming bout with Jon Jones.
  • If he expects Anderson Silva to try and clown him again in the Octagon
  • His diet when training for fights.
