Mania Money Pool Season 11 Event 1 Results: UFC 164 (Smooth vs Showtime)

Wow. Anything can really happen in MMA nowadays! Showtime already beat Henderson back in the WEC through the "Showtime Kick" but who would have thought that he would dispatch Smooth via 1st round arm bar in their rematch? The rest of the cards delivered and probably the best of it all is Clay Guida getting KTFOed by Money Mendes. From the bottom of KG12's heart, thank you Chad. War Master Barnett also showed why he is still a top Heavyweight in today's generation.

In our brand new season of the Mania Money Pool (or SB Nation, according to VM and unambig), AGAR showed that he is on a mission to regain his throne. Although he is tied with SANABRIAMAN, the former two time Money Pool Champion got more perfect picks (11 points) thus giving him the first automatic entry to Season 12 of the pool. RILLY also showed that he is more than ready to not only beat RICKY DOOBY in their head-to-head match-up but to also have his name on the Scottidog trophy. By the way, AGAR, SANABRIAMAN and RILLY made the Mania1 camp and Mania overall by topscoring everyone in Playground. Once again, we have proven that when it comes to picking, we are the BEST.

Quite noticeable, it seemed that those who won the previous season seemed to be inflicted by the "Shit Picking after Winning" Curse as SWIFTMAN, PHASEBOOK and MMA BOSS did not even make the TOP 30 for this event. In my case, I have RICKY DOOBY to thank for not being the SHIT PICKER for this event. 28 fucking points after placing SECOND last season? Losing $20 to TAP SNAP OR BONS and then placing almost last in Bon's Kountermove Tourney? This is big time shitting the bed for me.

Anyway, enough of the talking:
