Manny Pacquiao and Brandon Rios were on hand yesterday afternoon (Tues., Aug. 6, 2013) for the Top Rank-promoted press conference in New York City (watch full video replay here).
The pair were in town, at Jing Fong restaurant in lower Manhattan, as part of a six-city international media tour to promote their upcoming pay-per-view (PPV) bout at Venetian Macao Resort Hotel in Macao, China, on Nov. 24, 2013.
Both fighters, as well as Top Rank promoter Bob Arum, Edward Tracy of Sands China Ltd. and HBO Sports Vice President and General Manager, Tammy Ross, all descended on Chinatown to hype the upcoming fight for the vacant WBO International Welterweight title.

When Pacquiao steps in the ring in China at the end of November, it will be almost a year since the devastating knockout loss to Juan Manuel Marquez in Dec. 2012. His opponent, Rios, is coming off the first loss of his professional career, a unanimous decision to Mike Alvarado back in March 30. He has 22 career knockouts in 33 fights.
Is "PacMan" at risk of another knockout loss or will he take care of Rios and get back in the win column?
