More than three years after losing to him in moderately controversial fashion on Spike TV, Carlos Condit got his revenge on Martin Kampmann in the main event of tonight's (Wed., Aug. 28, 2013) UFC Fight Night 27: "Condit vs. Kampmann 2" show on Fox Sports 1 from Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. "The Natural Born Killer" overcame a slow start and stormed back in the later rounds to stop "The Hitman" in the fourth with his trademark blitzing violence that has felled many men before the Dane suffered the same fate. Better than revenge, even, is the fact that Condit snapped a two-fight losing skid and is seemingly right back in the hunt at 170-pounds. Sure, he lost to both Georges St. Pierre and Johny Hendricks, the two man fighting over the welterweight title at UFC 167, but not by much and both were unbelievably entertaining fights. Might it be time for another go round with either or?
