Miller has a penchant for getting arrested in August. Around this time in 2011, he was picked up for subduing his sister (details here) after a rough bout of "horseplay." Nearly one year after that, "Mayhem" was accused of burglarizing a church in his birthday suit, but saw those charges fall by the wayside.
He may not be as fortunate this time.
Thanks to a bum knee, the outspoken Miller hasn't seen the inside of a cage since a unanimous decision loss to C.B. Dollaway back in May of 2012. Following his unceremonious exit from UFC, the former "Bully Beatdown" host has taken to the Internet to rail against his former boss, while exhibiting strange behavior like this.
"Mayhem" is due in court to answer for his domestic violence charge in just a few weeks.
