Dana White: These are superfights. The end of this year, these are all great fights. These are fights that people want to see. These are fights that people believe. First of all, everybody's been talking about Jon Jones. He's too big for this division, it's unfair. He's bigger than everyone else. Gustafsson is an inch bigger than he is so we're gonna find out. Johny Hendricks and Georges St. Pierre, many people believe this is like the Anderson Silva-Weidman fight. Many people believe Johny Hendricks is the guy to beat Georges St. Pierre. Anderson Silva and Weidman, we saw what happened there. People are still buzzing about that fight. I think it'll be the biggest fight in UFC history. Cain Velasquez-Junior dos Santos is the best trilogy ever in UFC history because of the way the first two went down. Cain Velasquez gets knocked out in a minute something in the first fight and he comes back and annihilates Junior in the second fight. Here comes the third fight. These are superfights to end the year. That's why we're here and that's why we're flying all over the planet to get these fights out in front of everybody.
Georges St. Pierre: The level gets better like anything else in sport. We're better than the guys that were there 20 years ago and the guys that were there 10 years ago. In the future, the guys will be better than us if we're not there anymore. You need to improve and get better. I'm still young, fast and athletic so I think I can do my job.
Junior dos Santos: Everything I have to do different than the last fight. Cain Velasquez is a great fighter, a great opponent. It's a pleasure to compete with him at a high level. I'm ready. I'm ready to beat him again.
Miesha Tate: The most rewarding part was I learned a lot of what it's like to be a coach. It's not something I really had to do on that level before and I have a new respect for coaches out there. You get so emotionally invested in your fighters and I learned a lot about that. It was a really cool experience. I think my team and I will always have a close relationship. I'll follow their careers as long as they keep fighting. It was great. It was challenging in a lot of ways. Obviously Ronda Rousey and I, we're not the best of friends so dealing with each other was challenging in itself for both her and I but we did it, we made the best of it and it's gonna be one hell of a season.
Cain Velasquez: I'm just proud of where I came from, where my parents are from. Living so close to Mexico growing up, always visiting, it's a part of me.
Georges St. Pierre: It's either going up or going down. I'm focusing on Johny Hendricks. That's all that's in my head. I think I'll have my hands full with Johny Hendricks and that's all I'm thinking about right now.
Johny Hendricks: It's my own fight. I've got to beat Georges St. Pierre and I plan on doing it. That right there, having that fight just proves that anybody can be beat at any given time. I believe I have what it takes and can beat Georges St. Pierre.
Alexander Gustafsson: I don't think your body has much to do with the game. It helps, but it's your mind, your mentality, the way you train. I've been wrestling since I was 14 years old. I've been wanting to be a winner at life the whole time and now I have this opportunity to go and take it and I know that. Will he be a tough challenge, who knows? He could. I'm gonna train hard.
Jon Jones: I have a lot of work to do in the light heavyweight division. (points to Cain) Look at this guy here. Would you guys fight him? I don't know.
Johny Hendricks: I know he has a good jab. Bite on the mouthpiece, I'll eat a jab from the left hand any day. I know that all I've got to do is touch him. My left hand is gonna do that. I'll bite down on the mouthpiece all day long. Trade a jab for a left hand, wouldn't you?
Miesha Tate: Everybody has holes in their game. I'm gonna break her down as best I can with my coaching staff. I'll do some of the good things I did in the last fight and get rid of the bad things that cost me the fight. I'm gonna bring it. That's all I can say really.
Jon Jones: Alexander is a great challenger. He's young and he has an ambition for this fight that I maybe haven't seen in a previous opponent. A lot of my previous opponents were older, already had the spotlight, have been there and done that already. Alexander doesn't have that and he wants that. Me knowing that, I've got to train my butt off to destroy any thoughts he has of taking away my life. I've got a young lion on my hands.
Ronda Rousey: We've been involved with each other long enough that we have a rhythm of how we deal with each other. She mostly doesn't look me in the eye or talk to me a lot of the time. I like to relate that to Mike Tyson's speech of seeing the chink in the armor when they won't look you in the eye. That's pretty much how it goes most of the time.
Cain Velasquez: What most motivated me after the loss was losing the belt. Something was missing in my life
Alexander Gustafsson: I'm working hard in the camp and everything's going well. I'm gonna be ready.
Ronda Rousey: How is it not a rivalry? I have everything she wants in life.
Miesha Tate: She has a lot of things I want. That's not what makes it a rivalry. She has a level of disrespect and a way of irritating me and vise versa. She irritates me.
Jon Jones: My parents were giving me a lot of steroids from a very young age and it all worked out for us.
Dana White: He's joking.
Jon Jones: Arthur could take me in a fight, he wrestled above me my whole life. Chandler no way. Go Patriots.
Jon Jones: I don't try to bring in anybody to fight like Alexander Gustafsson. My biggest thing is just to become the strongest and most fit I can become. I'm aware of his tactics, his defense, put it all in a very honest perspective and come up with a formula.
Alexander Gustafsson: It's about working hard every day. It comes down to working hardest.
Ronda Rousey: I think I have to accept that not everyone is gonna like me. I live a life of exposure. I'm not gonna be on a first date with everyone all the time. I just have to accept the fact that it's gonna be bad sometimes. Every mistake you make is going to be blown up and scrutinized. I'm happy that people disagree. I'd rather be a topic to discuss than a topic to dismiss.
Jon Jones: It's different. I feel like I'm growing up in front of an audience. I've been in the UFC since I was 21 and I'm 26 now so I feel like I'm maturing. It's great. It's a great business to work for. I feel obligated to do the most and not be complacent at all. I feel it's really the beginning for us as young champions.
Dana White: We're focusing on the 135 pound division. Once we feel good with this and feel comfortable, maybe we'll open another division. Cyborg had an opportunity to fight in the UFC, her manager thought it was a bad idea.
Ronda Rousey: I expected it to be as much. I'm happy I'll be out of the country while it's playing so hopefully it blows over. It shows a lot that's not my best environment to be in. I was focused on being the best coach I could. How I came off personally wasn't my biggest goal. Miesha might come off better and her hair might look better but my athletes love me better and that's all I care about.
Ronda Rousey: I'm leaving soon and it's fortunate that Victor Ortiz, Randy Couture and fighter types will be there. I'm going to start my training camp there too. I'm gonna play a kickass chick.
Dana White: The thing I love about Ronda is she asked about this kind of thing. It's not going to interrupt her training or her camp. This relationship we have with Fox, the guys retiring are becoming analysts. There's lots of opportunities for fighters. I want it to happen to them.
Jon Jones: I just said that because Cain's standing next to me. I don't want it to be awkward.
Dana White: If he gets to the point in his career where he wants to move up to heavyweight, I've been waiting for Anderson Silva to move up to 205 but he never wanted to do it.
Alexander Gustafsson: I think Phil Davis vs Lyoto Machida is going to be a great fight but Davis will beat Machida.
Junior dos Santos: I have to train and I'm gonna bring some good wrestlers to help me in Brazil. Cain is really different and his stamina is really good. That's why he can keep moving forward the whole time. I think hard work will be the secret for this.
Dana White: The Reebok meeting went great. We're still talking. There's possibility of a deal before the end of the year. We're talking to a lot of people.
Georges St. Pierre: When I take a fight, I'm only focused on that person. I made that mistake before and it won't happen ever again.
Cain Velasquez: He's gonna be hit like a girl in the next fight. I don't take too much into it, just focus on the next fight and just try to win.
Ronda Rousey: If I see it, I'll go for it. I try to see everything that's available because if you just focus on one thing, you miss other opportunities.
Johny Hendricks: I'm stronger than anyone he's ever faced. I hit harder than anyone he's faced and I'm quicker than anyone he's faced. That's three things.
That's a wrap. Thanks for stopping by!
