Check out the week that was at! We've got interviews, comments, fanposts, videos and gifs!

Welcome, Maniacs, to the fifty-second edition of "This Week in" MMAmania is a gigantic and glorious place and we pump out a ridiculous amount of content. If you don't refresh this site every 60 minutes, you might just miss something amazing.

Have no fears, that's what this weekly article is all about! We'll recap the best of all things MMAmania, whether it be a great comment, a Fan Post, an article, video or something else.

- Comment of the Week: Props to Dakatak for his comment regarding who would pay to see the upcoming announced fight between someone with Down Syndrome and someone with Cerebral Palsy.

no problem with the two wanting to fight
BUT, I question those who would pay to watch said fight.

- Deuce02

Same folks who watch Maury Povich and Honey Boo Boo

- Dakatak

- Article of the week: OJR's documentation of the Mania trip to Las Vegas for the UFC 162 pay-per-view was downright top notch. If you didn't check it out or the 800 resulting comments, you're missing out.

- Statistic of the Week: Believe it or not, Jason "Mayhem" Miller still brings a crowd. He has one loony interview where he pulls a knife and people come from all over the world to read about it.

- MMA Meme of the Week: I thought I'd add a few new categories, at least if I see something that can fit. 10thDegreeWhiteBelt added this timely image to the article about Anthony Pettis replacing T.J. Grant to fight Ben Henderson.

- MMA Photoshop of the Week: With all the talk of Rory MacDonald being a serial killer or a long-lost member of Tears for Fears, member i hate jake shields posted an amazing MacDonald/Manson shop.

- Fanpost of the week: The new and improved Adrian MacNair debuted his Man vs Mouse UFC on Fox 8 previewand it was absolutely fantastic. The writing seems so familiar, though.....

- Honorable mention fanpost of the Week: Check this one out for the comments. DoctorMMA's What is your MMA Story? post is filled with some compelling backstory on your fellow Maniacs.

- Honorable mention comment of the week: He may be going by Adrian MacNair in his writing endeavors, but there's still plenty of unambig to go around.

Lawler's the massive favourite, to be sure, laddie

- Adrian MacNair

How are you going to censor yourself for this gig?

- Joben

- unambig

- Interview of the Week: In case you missed it, I had a pretty awesome interview with upcoming UFC on Fox 8 headliner John Moraga. We talked about his journey to the UFC and some of his struggles along the way. It was a really good read in case you missed it.

- Video of the Week: Because you never know when you'll need to single stack a girl.

- Burn of the Week: Nothing crazy, but I found Ulf Murphy's zinger humorous:

weird, i literally have millions of seconds to edit?
i wondered if it was just me?

just you

the site knows how stupid you are and wants to give you a second chance at life.

- Ulf Murphy

We don't just have great content on MMAmania, our writers also are very active on Twitter.

Here's our honorary #MMAmania Tweet of the Week: Mania's own Jesse Holland had some pretty funny one-liners in regards to Rolling Stone's recent choice of cover. Who knows, maybe his prediction will hold up.

If you want to catch any good tweets from your Mania writers, here are our accounts: Thomas Myers, Jesse Holland, Adam Guillen Jr., Mike Bohn, Andrew Richardson, George Halvatsis Jr., Jason Probst and Brian Hemminger.

- Obligatory TNA of the Week: She knows where her moneymakers are.

Scottidog's "Good guy comment of the week" - I have no idea what started it, but I loved the train of niceness flowing from many Mania regulars towards Deuce02.

You are one of the sweetest people I've ever met. Haha

- Joben

Deuce is a sweet man.
Yes, indeed.

What a kind, sweet man.

i have never met a nicer guy.

- roy1

Me neither.
He cares so much about me that he is keeping that harmful root beer away.

Kindness has a face...and that face is called Deuce.

Lastly, let's finish off the week with some Maniac debate. This time, we're looking to the future.

Who do you think is the next big thing in MMA? .

That's it for this week. If you've got an extra suggestions for content, or nominations for articles, comments or discussion topics, please feel free to e-mail me at (and I made this e-mail especially for this):
