Rats.
One of the most exciting prospects in all of women's MMA, Veronica Rothenhausler, was expected to compete tomorrow night (July 13, 2013) against Mollie Estes on the Invicta FC 6 preliminary card.
But after an unfortunate incident while attempting to make weight, Invicta commentator Mauro Ranallo announced earlier today during the Invicta FC 6 weigh-ins that Rothenhausler had been declared medically unable to compete and was off the card.
Atomweight Jessica Philippus volunteered information as to why Rothenhausler was off the card when the subject was broached on Twitter.

No word on Rothenhausler's current condition.
"The Heartbreaker's" opponent, Mollie Estes, still stepped on the scale, successfully making weight at 145.7 pounds and was awarded her fight purse for her troubles.
Rothenhausler had built up quite a bit of buzz despite only being 1-0 as a professional. The Team Alpha Male fighter made waves after scoring a pair of five second knockouts in her amateur career, showcasing tremendous power in her right hand.
Hopefully she has a quick and safe recovery.
