Great news for fellow nerds, the second HOBBIT movie has a new trailer and it features a bunch of little people running around the woods with tattered clothes and grimy beards. It's kind of like Fourth of July Weekend at Casa de Myers, only taller.

The second in a trilogy of films adapting the enduringly popular masterpiece The Hobbit, by J.R.R. Tolkien, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug continues the adventures of the title character Bilbo Baggins (Martin Freeman) as he journeys with the Wizard Gandalf (Ian McKellen) and thirteen Dwarves, led by Thorin Oakenshield (Richard Armitage) on an epic quest to reclaim the lost Dwarf Kingdom of Erebor.
THE HOBBIT: THE DESOLATION OF SMAG, starring Martin Freeman, Ian McKellan, Richard Armitage, Benedict Cumberbatch, Luke Evans, Lilly Evangeline, Cate Blanchett, Christopher Lee, Hugo Weaving, Lee Pace, Elijah Wood, Stephen Fry, Billy Connelly, and Andy Serkis, continues the journey on December 13, 2013.
