Although it took Ronaldo Souza far too long to find his way to the Octagon for his first professional fight under the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) banner, he absolutely made the most of it once he got there. Sure, he was facing an opponent in Chris Camozzi who was a late replacement in the co-main event of UFC on FX 8: "Belfort vs. Rockhold" tonight (Sat., May 18, 2013) in Brazil. But when you're a lot better than the man you're facing, you should run right through them and that's exactly what "Jacare" did, showing both superior striking and grappling on his way to an arm triangle submission within the first round that earned him an extra $50,000 for "Submission of the Night." There's little doubting his talent, now it's just about whether or not he can perform at a level this high against much stiffer competition. The good news? Now that he's in the UFC we're finally going to find out, one way or the other.
