Watch UFC champ Ronda Rousey armbar comedienne Bridget McManus on 'The Jeff Probst Show'

UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey is known for her armbar. Since the layperson may not know what that is, "Rowdy" kindly demonstrated the submission hold during her recent appearance on The Jeff Probst Show.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Women's Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey is making the rounds.

When you end all your fights in the first frame, you have plenty of extra time to do all sorts of extracurricular activities, like stop by The Jeff Probst Show on Monday (April 22, 2013) to armbar its hapless warm-up comedienne, Bridget McManus.

What a good sport!

Probst is the host of Survivor and branched out into his own syndicated talk show on CBS, which was unceremoniously canceled earlier this year after just one season. New episodes will continue to run until May, with re-runs hitting the screens this summer.

Rousey, meanwhile, will continue to shill for MetroPCS (see her commercial here) while gearing up for her coaching duties on The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 18 against division number one contender Cat Zingano. "Rowdy" opened as the -825 favorite for her upcoming scrap against "Alpha."

Which should have put here around -8250 for her showdown against McManus.
