Video: Miesha Tate open media workout highlights and scrum interview for TUF 17 Finale

Slo-mo yoga pants butt shot at 3:25 .... tank-top arm pit sniff at 5:57.

This weekend, Maniacs, is the stuff of which women's mixed martial arts (MMA) fantasies are made.

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) will pull the trigger on its second-ever female showdown between former Strikeforce Bantamweight Champion Miesha Tate against undefeated (7-0) up-and-comer -- an fellow looker -- Cat Zingano this weekend (Sat., April 13, 2013) at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Miesha Tate vs. Cat Zingano is not The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 17 Finale main event (that would be Urijah Faber vs. Scott Jorgensen), nor is it the co-main event (that would be Uriah Hall vs. Kelvin Gastelum), but it is certainly a main card "attraction" on the televised main card that begins at 9 p.m. ET on fight night.

Quite literally.

In addition to looking fantastic on live television, the winner of the 135-pound bout will earn a coaching slot opposite UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey on the promotion's first-ever coed "reality" MMA season, TUF 18. As if that wasn't beautiful enough, the winner will also earn the next title shot against "Rowdy" later this year.

Anyway, Tate was on hand earlier today to hit the mitts and answer some final questions prior to her pivotal showdown with "Alpha" this weekend. I'd highlight some of the top-level talking points, but I go distracted by the slow-motion editing.

Sorry, but enjoy, we can't do everything always.
